-- Up to one (1) hour of website updates/month (including visual updates, updating events pages, adding or updating new copy provided by you, etc.)

-- If support exceeds the one (1) hour per month allotment, you will be charged $75.00 per hour for the additional work

-- Software updates

-- Updates and monitoring

-- Back-ups (when the software is updated)

-- Remote back-up of the website (weekly)

-- Up to 4 back-ups are stored on a remote server

-- Priority turnaround (no more than 72 hours to complete any request) via our ticketing system (Support@ConnectedGeek.net)

By purchasing this website maintenance plan, you are agreeing to a one-year subscription with Connected Geek, LLC.

If you cancel this subscription prior to the full year coming to term, you will be subject to pay the remaining amount in full.
